This project embraces a clean, modern, and highly functional design tailored to accommodate a large family within a quiet suburban setting. The architecture emerges from several site-specific constraints, including a sloped topography, a polygonal lot configuration, and a considerably limited buildable area. Additionally, the existing traditional stone wall required careful preservation and integration into the overall composition.
With a site area of 208 m² and a footprint of only 66 m² available for construction, the design maximizes every square meter through thoughtful spatial planning and efficient use of form.
The result is a refined and elegant home that transforms its challenges into opportunities, offering a simple yet sophisticated response to its unique context and client requirements.
